📍Location
You must be physically present in the U.S. when applying
LendKoi loans are currently available in New York, New Jersey, and Florida only
🇺🇸Valid U.S. Visa, Green Card, or Legal Status
You must have a valid visa, green card, or proof of legal residency
You must be authorized to work in the U.S
Visa must be valid for at least 12 months
LendKoi currently supports applicants with the following visa types:
- US Citizen
- E-1, E-2, E-3 (Treaty Traders, Investors, AUS Specialty)
- H-1B (Specialty Occupations)
- G-1 (International Organization Workers)
- L-1 (Intracompany Transfers)
- Green cards and Gold cards
- O-1 (Extraordinary Ability)
- J-1 (Exchange Visitor)
- TN (NAFTA Professionals)
- Newcomers with zero US credit history
🪪Social Security Number (SSN)
A valid Social Security Number (SSN) is required
📄Employment Authorization Document (EAD)
Employment authorization document (EAD) is required for all J-1 and E-Series visas
- If you received an Employment Authorization Document or it is part of your employment, it is required
🧾Pay Stub
A recent paystub is required for TN and E-Series visa holders
🏦U.S. Bank Account
Your bank account must be with a U.S. bank or credit union
You must be the primary account holder
📞U.S. Phone Number
Must be a U.S. phone number from a U.S. mobile carrier
Google Voice, VoIP, work, business, or school numbers are not permitted
💰Earn Income
You must have a source of income to demonstrate financial health and repayment ability
